*Please Note:
Cancelling an appointment requires 24 hours’ notice.  Appointments cancelled without notice within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment will incur an $85 missed appointment fee.
All pets to be seen must be listed at the time of scheduling.  Unscheduled pets added at the time of a scheduled appointment will incur an additional $85 exam fee each.
Please help us and your pets by confining your pets in the agreed upon manner prior to your appointment. For example, cats must be confined to a small bathroom prior to our arrival. It is against our policy to chase your pets throughout the house or to wrestle them out from underneath furniture. This puts the animal and our staff at risk of injury and creates undue stress and anxiety for your four-legged friends! Failure to confine your pet will incur an $85 fee regardless of our ability to obtain your pet or not.
Aggressive animals will incur an additional aggressive animal charge of $50 if we have to forcibly sedate/wrestle, or manhandle your pet for an examination.
